Digital Products
At Archiwoods CNC, we specialize in selling digital CNC files delivered electronically. Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only in the following circumstances:

You purchased the same file more than once by mistake.

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

You received the wrong digital product.

There is a technical issue with the download that we cannot resolve.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
File Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the file format is compatible with their CNC software and machine before purchasing.
Product descriptions clearly specify the included file formats. Refunds will not be issued because a file is incompatible with software or equipment that is not listed as supported.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed CNC files and personalized digital products are non-refundable once work has begun or the files have been delivered.
Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly review your order and issue a refund for duplicate purchases when appropriate.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and understand that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once the download begins, where permitted by applicable law.
